The Fleet Image wash station has the capacity to handle large military vehicles and implements. In this bay, vehicles undergo an extensive cleaning process before being prepped for paint.
Fleet Image also has the same large vehicle capacity in our state of the art 64' x 24' x 14' Global paint booth.
All raw armor and steel products are washed, prepped and sandblast profiled before receiving a high quality primer coat.
Fleet Image uses state-of-the-art turbine paint technology which enables us to achieve a flawless finish while cutting material and labor costs by up to 40 percent over traditional paint processes.
Fleet Image also provides product finishing for small parts on a production scale to assist vendors in getting their parts into production.
